Know where your cargo is — and what clearing it will cost.
Mindanao Cargo Solutions clears imports through every major Philippine port. Track any shipment yourself, see real fee ranges before you commit, and ask Maya — our assistant — anything, day or night, in English or Taglish.
No account. No sales call to see a number.

Importing shouldn't be a black box
Most brokers hand you a vague number, then go quiet until the bill arrives. We built the opposite.
"Just trust the quote."
We publish real brokerage & handling ranges up front, drawn from actual billing — not a number pulled to win the job.
"Where is my shipment?"
Check the status yourself with your tracking number, or ask Maya. You see the same stages we do, in plain language.
"Nobody's replying."
Maya answers questions on fees, duties, documents and status around the clock. Anything she can't settle, our team calls back within the hour.

Questions importers actually ask
How much does customs clearance cost?
Brokerage and handling for a Philippine import typically runs ₱18,000–₱35,000 for LCL and ₱30,000–₱65,000 for a full container. Government duty and the 12% VAT are separate, computed on your entry from the goods and their declared value. Send your details and we confirm exact figures within the hour.
How long does clearance take?
It depends on the customs lane. Green lane clears in 1–2 business days, yellow in 2–3, and red — a physical exam — in 3–7. Delays usually come from incomplete documents, misdeclaration, or peak-season volume.
What documents do I need to import?
At minimum: Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List. Add a Certificate of Origin to claim preferential FTA duty rates, and the relevant permit for regulated goods such as food, chemicals or medical items.
Do small shipments pay duty?
Shipments with a dutiable value of ₱10,000 or below are exempt from duty and VAT under the de minimis rule. Note that customs aggregates multiple same-day shipments to one consignee, so a split parcel over ₱10,000 combined is fully dutiable.
Can I see where my shipment is?
Yes. Enter your tracking number on the Track page for a live status, or ask Maya. You see the same six stages we do, from processing at the port through to delivered.
